Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Streamer.max handles information for its website, local creator tools, and modules such as Crosspost Wizard.

1. Information you provide

You may provide information such as your email address when contacting Streamer.max, settings entered into local tools, API keys or tokens you choose to configure locally, content metadata, captions, file names, and workflow status information.

2. Local tool data

Many Streamer.max tools are designed to run locally on your own computer. Local modules may store settings, queue files, downloaded files, captions, logs, and status files on your device. For example, Crosspost Wizard may store queue data, captions, local video file paths, and approval statuses in its local module folder.

3. TikTok and third-party authorization

If you connect a third-party account, such as TikTok, Streamer.max may use authorization data only for the feature you choose to connect. For Crosspost Wizard, the intended TikTok integration is to allow the creator to connect their account and upload an approved video to TikTok as a draft or posting flow, depending on the permissions approved by the platform.

Streamer.max does not intend to upload videos without creator approval inside the app.

4. YouTube and content metadata

Crosspost Wizard may use YouTube-related metadata such as video title, description, video ID, thumbnail, publish time, duration, and link to help the creator review and prepare content. The tool is intended for creators working with their own content or content they have permission to use.

5. How information is used

6. Sharing information

Streamer.max does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with third-party services only when needed to provide a feature you choose to use, such as sending an approved upload request to a connected platform account.

7. Data security

No system is perfect, but Streamer.max is designed to keep local workflow data on the user’s device where possible. You should protect your computer, account credentials, API keys, and tokens. Do not publicly share client secrets, API keys, or private tokens.

8. Data retention and deletion

Local files can be deleted by removing the relevant Streamer.max module folders, queues, logs, captions, downloads, or settings files from your computer. If you contacted Streamer.max by email, you can request deletion of support-related contact information by emailing streamerdotmax@gmail.com.

9. Children

Streamer.max is intended for creators and users old enough to manage streaming tools and platform accounts. It is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Streamer.max develops. The latest version will be posted on this page.
