Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to Streamer.max, including the Streamer.max Crosspost Wizard and related creator tools, websites, overlays, local utilities, and documentation.

1. What Streamer.max does

Streamer.max is a creator-focused streaming companion platform. It may include mobile stream controls, Streamer.bot workflows, OBS browser-source overlays, camera tools, preview monitors, alert tools, and content workflow helpers such as Crosspost Wizard.

2. Early alpha and pre-release software

Some Streamer.max downloads are early alpha or pre-release builds. Alpha builds are unstable and may contain bugs, incomplete features, broken workflows, missing documentation, setup problems, or changes that require reinstalling or reconfiguring the software. Alpha access is intended for testers, early supporters, and technical creators who understand that the product is not finished.

3. Early supporter pricing and downloads

Any early-access pricing, supporter option, founder option, or download listed on the website is subject to change until a finished public release is announced. Final purchase terms, license details, support expectations, and refund policy should be reviewed before any purchase. Do not pay through unofficial links or sellers pretending to represent Streamer.max.

4. Creator approval and control

Crosspost Wizard is designed around manual creator approval. The tool is intended to help creators scan, preview, organize, prepare captions, download or prepare approved content, and optionally send approved videos to a connected posting flow. Streamer.max does not intend to upload content without the creator choosing to approve and start the upload action.

5. Content rights

You are responsible for the content you use with Streamer.max. You should only use Streamer.max with videos, images, audio, captions, and other content that you own, created, licensed, or have permission to use and repost. Do not use Streamer.max to copy, download, repost, or publish content in a way that violates another person’s rights or a platform’s rules.

6. Third-party platforms and tools

Streamer.max may work with third-party services and tools such as TikTok, YouTube, OBS, Streamer.bot, FFmpeg, yt-dlp, or browser-based APIs. Streamer.max is not owned by or officially affiliated with those third-party platforms unless specifically stated. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, rules, and developer policies.

7. Local software and setup

Some Streamer.max tools are local desktop utilities that run on the user’s computer. Setup may require Python, browser permissions, local network settings, firewall rules, OBS/Streamer.bot configuration, or optional helper tools. You are responsible for installing and using the software safely on your own device.

8. No guarantee of availability

Streamer.max is under active development. Features may change, break, be removed, or require updates. Third-party platforms can also change their APIs, rules, or websites, which may affect how Streamer.max works.

9. Acceptable use

10. Limitation of liability

Streamer.max is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Streamer.max and its creators are not responsible for lost data, account issues, platform enforcement, upload failures, service interruptions, lost revenue, or other damages arising from use or inability to use the tools.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Streamer.max grows. The latest version will be posted on this page.
